Order & Installation
Start by deciding what you’d like to achieve, the room or area you’re furnishing, and the products you’re interested in to determine your scope and pricing.
If you’re in a sales or operations role, we encourage you can take your own measurements and prepare the costings yourself, which is a great way to learn more about our process.
If not, the Perks Program Manager will connect you with the right person in the business to help measure and cost the project accurately.
Once you have determined your scope you will need to complete the Perks Request Form.
Once you’ve worked out your scope and pricing, submit your request through the Perks Request Form, Management will then review and approve your request, after we can then secure your order. Regarding payment, you won't need to pay until the products received or installed (*under a certain value).
If required, a final measure will then be arranged with one of our technicians before the order is placed.
Next it’s time to bring your project to life. If you’re comfortable, you can place the order directly; otherwise, the Perks Program Manager will assign someone to assist.
For installation and delivery, custom products will include installation costs and be handled by our subcontractors. Smaller, simpler scopes may be installed by our internal technicians.
